KERSLEY HALL
The Kersley Hall rental is for special occasions such as weddings and private parties for a reasonable fee. The hall is wheelchair accessible and has a full service kitchen for special events. A full day rental is $225. Half-day and four hour rentals are also available. Contact us for rental availability and rates.
It was renovated in 2008 to add a larger basement and storage area, and two dressing rooms and extra stage and wing space for theatrical events. The Kersley Players produce a dinner theatre every year in the Kersley Hall. From September to May we have Koffee Klatch in the hall, every Wednesday at 09:30. This involves locals visiting with coffee, tea and cookies provided. There is a small library that is managed by the Kersley W.I. and books can be purchased for 25 cents each. The library is open for business during the Koffee Klatch hours. All are welcome.
KERSLEY COMMUNITY PARK
Our two acre park with its lush grounds makes for an enjoyable place for a picnic or play time with the children. There is a shelter with a large stone barbecue which can be used free of charge. Also within the park is a slide, swings and a horseshoe pitch. During the summer months there is a washroom open for park users. There is a softball diamond with covered bleachers, tennis court and basketball hoop. All are free to use at any time.
MUD HUT
A small building which we call the Mud Hut is located between the hall and arena. If you are interested in doing ceramics you can for a low monthly fee.
KERSLEY ARENA
Our natural ice arena is open as soon as it is cold enough to make ice. It remains open until it gets too warm to keep ice from melting. There are many public skating times available for a minimal charge. There is also opportunity to rent the ice for hockey practice or a private skate. Ice rental is $50/hr. During the summer months the arena is available for dry rentals for weddings, dog shows etc. Contact us for availability and rates.
RACQUETBALL & WALLEYBALL
A full size single racquetball court with equipment to convert it to play wallyball. Public hours are 9:00am-5:00pm on weekdays. Memberships are also available: $90 for three months with a $50 key deposit. Drop in rentals are $10/hr.
WEIGHT ROOM
The weight room has a twelve station Global Supergym, treadmill, elliptical trainer, stationary bike and a rowing machine; everything you need for a basic workout. Public hours are 9:00am-5:00pm on weekdays. Memberships are also available: $30 for three months with a $50 key deposit.
MEETING ROOM
The Community Meeting Room has space for up to twenty-five people and the three conference tables can be re-arranged to suit the meeting. Meeting room rental is $25. Contact us for rental availability.
